MITC offers global exposure to Maine's small and medium-sized businesses that want to succeed in international markets. MITC's highly skilled staff helps businesses with a range of issues and provides technical assistance, trade counseling, workshops and more.

MITC has led trade missions to Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Most recently, in October 2003, MITC organized a 55-member trade delegation to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

MITC's mission: To promote the expansion of Maine's economy through increased international trade in goods and services, and related activities.
